Our composite tillers are becoming a very popular item - now worthy of their own web page! They are incredibly light and stiff, giving great feedback to the helm. Available in any shape you can dream up. We've done them for transom-hung rudders, spade rudders, and twin rudder systems.

Added cost options include: molded hollow loop hand grips, clear coat carbon finishes, and hard points for hardware attachments.
The tiller shown below was 1.4m x 100mm wide x 50mm deep and came in at a very light 1.3kg (that's 3 lb). Carbon over foam.

Here are a couple for the new Flying Tiger FT10, in clearcoat carbon. The wedges at the tiller fork keep positive contact with the rudder cassette as the tiller is raised. One has our carbon loop handle:
