The first customer for this design came to me with the blueprint and the request that I make it "unbreakable". This was going to be his 3rd rudder for the boat, the first two having failed.
Made from solid mahogany, with a channel of carbon fiber going up the blade and the head, he has my guarantee that this rudder will not break under normal use.
