To make a long story short, I've built one Cal20 rudder for a customer
who came with his own proprietary design. Unfortunately the design
would not measure in, but as a result I've read up on and interpreted
the class rules and could pull together a compliant design in short
order. Think in the ballpark of $CDN 800.00 depending upon choice
of materials.
