This is the new rudder we built for a classic International 6m to an Ian Howlett design.
The owner's requested that we incorporate the top section of their stainless shaft to enable re-use of hardware, so we sleeved it into the new carbon fiber rudder post.
Also shown are new carbon fiber splash rails to replace the aluminum extrusions that they had been using. Talk about carbon jewelry!
